Abstract

Inflation that occurred in Meulaboh occurred due to price increases as indicated by the index increase in the expenditure group, namely: the processed food, beverages and tobacco group by 1.15 percent; the housing, water, electricity, and household fuel group by 0.45 percent; equipment, tools and household routine maintenance group by 1.07 percent; the health group by 0.06 percent; the information, communication and financial services group of 0.12 percent; the recreation, sports and culture group by 1.74 percent; education group 0.04 percent; food and beverage / restaurant suppliers group by 2.67 percent; and the self-care and other services group by 0.76 percent. While the expenditure groups that experienced deflation were: the clothing and footwear group by 0.02 percent; and the transport group by 0.10 percent.
