Abstract

The Data Needs Survey is a survey organized by the Central Statistics Agency to identify statistical data needs and assess consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The survey has been conducted routinely every year since 2005, initially limited to the Central BPS. Since 2014, the survey implementation has been extended to include BPS at the district/city level. The results of the 2020 Data Needs Survey are presented in the form of a publication containing analyses of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and satisfaction with data quality. This analysis is accompanied by presentations in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (Indeks Kepuasan Konsumen or IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (Indeks Persepsi Anti Korupsi or IPAK).
