Abstract

Inflation that occurred in Meulaboh occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the index for the expenditure group, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 0.20 percent; the housing, water, electricity, and household fuel group of 0.05 percent; equipment, tools and household routine maintenance group by 0.28 percent; the transportation group of 0.55 percent; the recreation, sports, and culture group by 0.49 percent; and the food and beverage / restaurant supply group by 0.23 percent. Expenditure groups that experienced deflation, namely: the clothing and footwear group by 0.01 percent; the information, communication and financial services group of 0.01 percent; and personal care and other services group of 0.53 percent. Meanwhile, the expenditure groups that did not change were the health group; and education groups.
