Abstract

In December 2016 in the city of Meulaboh, an inflation of 0.31 percent, in Banda Aceh an inflation of 0.71 percent and in Lhokseumawe inflation of 2.25 percent.

Inflation in Meulaboh is generally caused by a rise in prices at the Food Ingredients Group experienced inflation of 1.07 percent; followed by Group Health, with inflation of 1.01 percent; Group Transport, Communications and Financial Services experienced inflation of 0.52 percent; Group Housing, Water, Electricity, Gas and Fuels experienced inflation of 0.08 percent; and Group Education, Recreation and Sports experienced inflation of 0.01 percent. Meanwhile, Clothing Group deflation of 0.42 percent; followed by the group of Food, Beverages, Cigarettes and Tobacco with deflation of 0.04 percent.

Inflation calendar year until the month of December 2016 for the city of Meulaboh is of 3.77 percent; Banda Aceh and Lhokseumawe 3.13 percent 5.60 percent. Inflation "year on year" (December 2016 to December 2015) to Meulaboh is of 3.77 percent; Banda Aceh and Lhokseumawe 3.13 percent 5.60 percent.
